Pathfinder trans

I found this on another form. Look at the (- +) next to the shifter. Is this an auto manual feature that you guys get but we don't (Pathfinder)? Thanks.

European Pathfinder has "sport shift" mode that we dont, along with ashtray spot ahead of the square cupholders, ignition key, center locking next to the 4WD selector, silver trim along the top of the gauge bezel, whereas we have dimples, etc.
