Which Model D40 Does this Dash Come From?
Hello Again,
Does anyone know which years, model this Audio Dash comes from? VMS Serious 4WD Navigation - Gallery I found this site while looking for a reversing camera for the Pioneer Avic HD3......... This type of head unit would really suit me as it has the outback mapping...........whereas the HD3 doesn`t. Has anyone got this A.V.N.C. unit installed? VMS Serious 4WD Navigation - Products All the best, Ozroder Its ok, the audio dash comes from the Pathfinder.................I just checked the Nissan website. This has been referred to in VMS gallery as a D40 and should have been the Pathfinder. All the best, Ozroder

Some of the UK D40's come specked with a Pathy looking dash.

Yeah I think the top of the line Navara in Britian and also I think some of the Navara's in Iceland have that center console deal.One of the guys in the US actaully took all that gear outof his wifes Pathy and fitted it to his Frontier and yes it did all fit but there was the deal with all the electronics for the AC

Yes that would be a great upgrade if there were no issues with the electrics.....
I think the electrics would be the same for the controls possibly.................. Ozroder

From memory there was only the fact that the Pathy has dual zone AC and it was control wiring and the rest of it so it would mean baqsically ripping out half the front of the cabin from a Pathy to get all the bits.Yes it will fit no its not really worth doing.
