They just started doing the tunes for our trucks this summer. I'm trying to get it done but the don't have 2008 support yet. I watched them dyno tune 2 trucks for base maps. Those 2 trucks gained 10-15hp and 25-30tq across the entire rpm range. The other main gain with Uprev is that it gives you full throttle contol out of the hole, since the factory resticts it until 38mph. You have choices of 5 different tunes. Most people so far are getting high octane performance, low octane performance, gas saver, valet mode, and stock. You can switch between any of the modes any time with your cruise control buttons. They initial send you a basic tune and software, from there you install it on truck. If you dont think it is quite right for your mod setup, you just download a map from your ECU, email it to uprev, they rewrite you a new tune and email it back to you. It's a very cool program. Bad thing is its a little expensive-$700- and they are pretty slow with getting the tunes out now, mainly since they have very few base maps to work with. The more tunes the do, the faster it will go and better tunes will be available with out having to email back & forth.

As I understand they have worked with 16 Frontiers so far and each of them have had a differant ECU. So part of the delay has been cracking the code for each vehicle. Hopefully at some point they will have a decent library and the initial delivery will be much quicker.

there are like 74 ecu's so it's a bit of work for them to crack them all. I love my tune and I have not dumped my rom back to them for the fine tune yet.

Does this mean for $700 I get the software(and cable) plus all these tunes included?
How much for each rewrite?

new tunes are free for a while. You get cable, osiris and uprev software. They also have a pro version so you can write your own tunes, I do not know the cost of that.
Calling them is the best way to get a hold of them, there number is on there site. Welcome to UpRev - Engine Management Solutions
