I'm sure you'll get a response from Ozroder as he has a solid flywheel conversion on his D40 ,

BTW Ozroder, how is the peddle feel compared to the stock plate, has the gear box noises increased much now that its run in ?

Cheers Mate

Hello Martin and Tuju77, Yes I have a few thousand k up on my solid flywheel conversion with zero issues...........

Clutch engagement (pedal movement) was slightly heavier than stock in beginning but now I dont notice it.
There is the slightest amount of gearbox noise that transfers up through the gearstick but it is not an issue..........

Xtreme Clutch - All Australian Clutches

Parts were around 1699 I think including solid flywheel and new heavy duty pressure plate and organic clutch.........plus a few hundred to fit.

All the best, Ozroder
