bugga
I think will have to go for either this

From Detroit Locker

or

From Eaton ELocker
Apparently this is optional in the H3 and has gotta be similar to the ELocker in the Nismo.

Hey they are great if they do them and you like all the extra tyre wear.... go for it. They will clunk (like the race cars) and make life very intersting in the wet...

Maybe the Detroit locker and yes I know exactly what they are like . Been there done that .
I just figured the E Locker would be same as the ARB only its an electronic solenoid not a pnuematic solenoid and the ELocker would be LSD
How tight is the stock LSD?
Are they any good or easy to forget its meant to be LSD?

nissan LSD is meant to be one of the better ones around. while it bites ok, with any LSD give it enough power and it will slip. having said that with our D22's i havn't seen it slip yet.
have you tried sourcing the factory nissan locker fitted in some countries?

imho a locker on the front axle is more important.

Well I have been thinking bout brinign in a complete Nismo rear end so get the ELocker and Disk brakes etc . Some bugga stole me front diff when I had it in for its first service lol.

I wanna be able to lock up my rear when I want so I can actually do some stuff so a decent LSD with Solenoid would be a good resolution and being all stock would be a bonus too

Wow a front locker. I would love one of those.

All Navara have the M226 rear so this work for the Frontiers that have M226 not the C200 rear.

Navara comes with the M200 Front diff. The Frontiers comes with the 180 diff. so the front locker wont work.

I'm thinking I don't have patience for Superior to make gears, so I will probably do a SAS with a matching rear axle so I can build em' bulletproof, gear em' how I want, and then lock em' up with readily available quality parts!

We were thinking of using a ford 9 in. but my fabricator said he can make toyota FJ axles work.

What axles are you guys (sorry sexychick, et al), ehhemmm.. Let me rephrase... What axles are you folks using for SAS on 2nd gens?

PS- I will probably be looking to offload the Fabtech / Revtek kits when I do the SAS. We will take advantage of having it all torn apart to design the 3 link rear and an SAS kit for the fronts.

^^^^^^no one has sas'd a 2nd gen except some navara in aussie area i think or somewhere over seas, saw a video of it a while back.

and besides that i wouldnt sas with fj axles because i personally know of them blowing their rears and trying to run 35's plus-i would go dana 44 60 ford 9 10bolt, but not fj or newer taco axles.

I believe this is the closest thing to a SASed 2nd gen. (Pictures start on post #55)It's an 05+ Xterra. Most of the good pictures don't work anymore, but there are so decent ones spread throughout the thread.
