Hello Martin, yes I think that would be quite a good thread "how to" to put up.
My clutch is starting to smell as if it is engaging all the time..............rang extreme clutch and they advise that the Navaras are famous for the master cylinder having an issue.................. I wonder what the next problem will be.................  All the best, Ozroder

I wonder if this has anything to do with the brake/clutch setup we have?
in theory you should be able to jack up the rear end , push the clutch in and see if you can rotate the back wheels when its in gear maybe they need to put in a longer shaft ?

Hello again.............got the son in law to take the Narvi back to Racebrakes in Melbourne who gave it a once over for a few days and they reported back that the smell was just the new organic clutch and that this would go away after 1000k`s............
The son in law is driving the Narvi now and states that the smell has almost gone from the car and all is working fine........................ That is good to hear for a change................cause my out back trip is coming up in November......................Ozroder
