what to do next?

im clueless what to do next to my truck, i've already got an exhaust, intake, and audio system, im not worried about a lift kit due to i don't go wheeling and my tires have another 5-10k miles life on them, what can i do next? headers? replace the factory y pipe? wheels/tire combo? or should i just leave it how it is and get a new fronty in another year or so? please no flaming i just want some opinions on what i could do next.

y pipe wouldn't be bad, or you can check out some thorley headers, but I'm not sure if they delete the cats like the 4x4parts ones would.

remove the stock clutch fan and put some puller fans on there, like 2 e-fans, save a bit of gas and get a bit more horse power
