Suspension problems

I installed a lift from 4x4 parts. I put new UCASs which allowed me to crank the tortion keys more. No my UCA sits a half inch from the bumper stop like recommended. My ride is super rough because my shocks are maxed out. Will new shocks for a 3 inch lift restore my ride. Or do I need new torsion bars. Also, what problems can arise from my torsion a being too tight?

As you stated there is about a half inch from the arm to the bump stop. Use your head and think about that. That means there is about a half inch of suspension travel downward before the arm hits the stop. That is whats causing the rough ride. You can put ultra low profile stops in but that probably wont help much. The ride is rough period. Loosen the bars up some so you gain more downward wheel travel or just get used to it.

If you are re-using the stock shocks, then yes, getting longer shocks will help. I have my UCA about 0.5" from the bump stops (with longer shocks) and haven't noticed the suspension hitting the bump stops.
I actually feel like the ride improved a bit, albeit it being stiffer than stock.

Your question was already answered in this thread, why make a new one?
3 inch lift question
