Spring Spacers

I've done a little research so far and would like to have spring spacers installed for about a 2 inch lift. Are there any kits out there for under $200? I haven't been able to find any for Nissans. Has anyone used these, and if so did you like it? Mine is a 2003.

Thanks,
Laura

If you are talking about 2" spring spacers in the front to level out your truck, then yes there are some for under $200. They are available from a sponsor of this site, PRG Products:

possibly looking for blocks for the rear?

if that's the case and you only want ~2" lift...get some lift shackles from calmini.com

No springs to space in the front of a 1st gen. You need to crank the t-bars.

I agree this is the way to go. $50 for the shackles in the rear. The front you can lift for free and is just a factor of adjusting the torsion springs

Ok I'm new to all this, but your truck is EXACTLY what I'm looking for as far as lift. I've gotten bigger new nubby tires, and recently a new Flowmaster dual with dump (sounds good, I'm loving the low,low rumble).....So, how do you adjust the torsion springs, etc? Your truck looks SO GOOD!!!! You did a great job..

Thanks very much Laura

Checkout the sticky thread in this forum 1st Gen FAQ...PLEASE READ. ADD INPUT

Scroll down on the first post until you see "LIFT OPTIONS..." and read a bit there, there is also a link to the torsion bar writeup which should help http://www.nissanoffroad.net/how_to/...rsion_bars.asp

Keep in mind I also have a 3" body lift, so I'm sitting somewhere around 5 1/2 - 6" of total lift, but there's no way to do that with just the suspension alone. Feel free to let us know if things regarding the torsion bar lift don't make sense.
