Second Gen rear bumper on first gen?

So I just bought my 99 frontier and the rear bumper was toast. Searched forums pretty thoroughly for the answer and Can't find a used one in our local scrap yards or CL (looking to spend under $100) However I did find one for a second gen used for 100. Does anyone know if it will it bolt on? Thanks

Im 99% positive it wont bolt on. Its a totally different truck. Thats like asking if the bumper from a ford ranger or a dodge dakota will bolt up. literally a 100% different vehicle even though they both say frontier on them.

On another note... If you find a bumper for a Nissan Hardbody (pickup) that should work

Right on. Thanks for the answer. I was hoping it was similar to the 1st 2nd gen tailgate swap.
