roll bar?
so my efforts so far for looking for a roll bar for my 01 king cab have been futile. ive seen they with them on so i know they are out there. if any one can help my out that would be great. also are there any bars from other trucks that would fit? like tacomas or rangers or something? any help is appreciated.

I've talked to Fred at StarkProductDesign.com and he makes some for the 05+ but can make them for earlier years. His email is observelife@yahoo.com he is located in CO springs. He saw my truck and contacted an Admin through NOR (I have a big NOR sticker on my tailgate) Tell him that Clay said to check him out. I don't know what his prices are.

i was planning on going to cheapest route possible. i may check the local junk yards for anything off any other similar sized pickup. im just wondering if any one knows any that will work or has a hunch about one that could. i just want more lights

Try and find the roof rack off the crew cab! If you can weld cut it down to fit.

I know most campers and bed covers for Frontys fit Rangers and vice versa, so the width is very close. If the height works you're golden.

interesting stuff. too bad i dont live in oregon. that light bar looks interesting but i see its universal. does any one know if it would even fit? im to the point with my truck where i would probably just drill through the roof to make something work. im gonna have the sucker til it does, some one steals it, or i wreck it because i cant afford to get a new vehicle.

You could use a yakima track roof rack.. looks clean and you would only need 1 bar and one pair of landing pads... on second thought use landing pad#1 and control towers one bar and you have a black light bar.. and they make kc brackets special for the yak bars!! your looking at about $100-125 ish?? if you decide to do this let me knowbecause I can get you all that stuff for super cheap! like 60% off
