yea, stay outta the dealership enless they are gonna do it for free, anythin more than that and go to a trustworthy mechanic

depending if the truck is a 4x4 more than likely they will drop the motor to do headgaskets make their life easier and 4x4 labor is double what 2wd is it pays 16 hours under warranty to replace both headgaskets on a 99 qx4 4x4 same thing as a 4x4 frontier!!!!

the dealers just do the same work, and often times not even, for wayyyyyy more than any regular shop. a shop owner said it best one time..."ive been here for 20 years, i don't have hte over hang the dealerships do, i don't have to rip people off to pay for stuff anymore"
