Is there a difference in fitment between 4x4 and Desert Runner 4x2? I know with some trucks there are differences. I don't see where there would be on this truck, same VG33ER engine, same 4x4 chassis used in the Desert Runner, should be a bolt up correct?

I just ordered my K&N intake from 4x4parts.com. $235.00+shipping. I am very happy with that price considering ebay is even more expensive.

Now, on the Nismo exhaust. I am confused on what to order. I am set with the Nismo but cannot find a good answer on fitment. The Desert Runners use the 4x4 chassis with a 4x2 drivetrain. That is the first area of question. 2nd is the VG33ER engine. No one lists for this so I am semi-confident in going with just a VG33E for ordering. Also It seems as though the Desert Runner is also a king cab with a long bed, is this correct as well?

Made my first payment today and followed it with the first mod an hour later. I got home from the post office to find my K&N FIPK2 sitting on the door step. Wow, you guys are right, the seat-o-the-pants dyno agrees with K&N's dyno, more HP. Plus I love the increased sound of the huffer. Woot.

The Nismo exhaust is definitely next.

Is the smaller pulley worth it? Does it cause any damage to the supercharger that may cause premature failure? This is my DD and I don't want to do any mods that will cause premature wear.

the Desert Runner is the king cab long bed with the 4x4 chassis and the 4x2 drivetrain. That is what the dealer explained to me.
