Thanks for all the tips everyone. The truck is fixed. It was power steering fluid. The guy I bought it from had overfilled the reservoir by a lot and it had squeezed out the top and run down the hoses. I used a fluid transfer pump to take enough out to get it right and I haven't had anymore drips underneath since.

While I had it at my dad's I did the universal shackles in the rear and put 4 new extended length Rancho shocks on the truck. None of the old ones were even pressurized anymore. I'm tail high as of now but I'm planning on cranking the t-bars tomorrow. It just got too late tonight. I'll post up pics in a new thread once I get it leveled out.

Next step is some audio. I'm just going to put one 8 RF sub in the back with a small amp and run everything else stock since I have the 6 disc changer.

Thanks again everyone and for the record, Houdini is the man.

Glad to hear you got it fixed and it wasn't a major issue, Dustin. Now get some pics of the lift and wheels posted, when you get everything installed.
