welcome. looks like you got a good deal. as far as the lift goes, if you are just looking for something small, you can achieve that with a little bit of elbow grease and some cheep shackles. the front suspension has torsion bars, which can be adjusted with a wrench. this will either raise or lower the front end. i believe you can get 2.5-3'' of lift in the front just from adjusting the torsion bars. in the rear you have to buy shackles or blocks to raise it. shackles are better in my oppinion. you can get them for cheep (under $100). i believe calmini sells some.

That's pretty good mileage! Welcome to the club.

For the power, I'd recommend coming to grips with the fact that it simply isn't powerful. After that I'd recommend modding the intake & exhaust. There are things you can do past that point, but it will involve getting dirty and $$

For lifts, there are a few routes you can go. For something inexpensive, I'd recomend getting some Calmini shackles and tightening the tortion bars up front. That will gain you 2+ inches in lift for pretty cheap.

I personally wouldn't get the shackles because I heard they will make your leaf springs bend or maybe that was block, not sure but i'm sure someone will correct me. Another option which seems to work very well is a add a leaf which is less than $100 also. If you do a sizeable lift then you have to start thinking about tires which is the fun part.
