The biggest mistake people make when making sliders is they don't use square tube. Look at the shorkworks one and they use square tube.

more surface to slide on. it's harder for the slider to slide off the rock. it realy helps when useing them as pivite points, also it keeps you from getting a rock wedged between the 2 tubes.
this a good slider desgn 'cuase you cant get anything stuck between the tube ![]() But this looks better ![]()
