Kind of agree. Also considering XE is the bottom of the line (and i should know). The 4x4 ups the price, but it does seem high to me as well...

As a point of reference. I just bought an '04 XE CC all power, aftermarket stereo and CD changer, sunroof, good tires, bed extender, roof rack with 31K miles for 14,750. They gave me retail on my trade which I couldn't believe. If they hid 1,500 -2,000 on my trade then I got the truck for about 13k or so. They sold my trade the next day for $300 more than they gave me. Just something for you to gauge against. This was at a Toyota dealership. Good luck with your search.
