just a thought

has anyone ever wonder how nice it would be to shove the 5.6 vk56 titan engine in the 1st gen frontier, then put the stillen s/c on top of that. that in my book would be the ultimate frontier. just imagine having over 400 hp and over 400 ft lb of tq in a little frontier that'd do some damage.

the 350 would be nice i also thought of the vq35 from the 2001-2004 pathfinders or the vq40 from the 2005+ frontiers or even building up the current vg33 engine all would be a great alternative to get huge amounts of potentail out of these little trucks sometimes i just wish nissan made the vg33 a DOHC cam engine and maybe power wouldn't be an issue with these trucks

now if we are talking motor swaps......drop the KAout of a 2WD fronty and put a nice potent....RB26DETT.........or to a lesser extent SR20DET.......the KA can onlt make so much power because its a truck motor.....in the 240sx's they have some kick but my FC Rx-7 still takes 'em cuz how fast it revs and how high it revs.........rotaries are just fun to play with too

the rb26dett would be a kick *** motor in the frontier considering theres been tons of japanese tuners able to get atleast 1000 hp out of these things. im just waiting for someone to drop one of these in their frontier and see how it performs

I like your stereo system, it looks nice and clean. Is it pretty loud?
I'm about to install a system in mine and I'm gonna use your ideas if you don't mind. Does the amp mount to that plastic jack cover okay, and does anything in there rattle much?

printer88 thanks and yeah its pretty loud for just 1 10 im happy with it, the amp acually is bolted to the plastic cover if you don't mine putting holes in the cover, no rattles everything is secure good and no noise, sure you can use my idea im here to share anything with us fellow frontier owners!
