I can't take it anymore

Ok, so nobody has had this problem with the clanking brakes but ME. I've gotten 2 brand new sets of brakes/rotors/pads/everything already and it STILL CLANKS. We've brought it to our mechanic countless times and nothing. Now, like i said earlier, it clanks ALL THE TIME WHEN I'M DRIVING. Then, when I brake, it STOPS the constant clank, and my 1 big normal clank from braking occurs. Ok, so what the ****. The mechanic says his guy only heard it twice when he took it for a ride and he didn't hear it himself at all. ARE YOU SERIOUS. I'm convinced everybody in the god damn world is deaf except ME. Because I hear it constantly when I drive, and about every 3 out of 5 times I brake, it clanks. It clanks constantly after maybe 5-10 min of constant driving, all coming from the front passengers side, where the braking clank comes from. Everythings brand new yet it still clanks. Guys, I can't take it. It sounds like I'm driving a rickety piece of ****. This things only a 2001. If anybodys got any ideas please help, because i'm on the edge here and I can't take this.

The only thing that I can think of is maybe your caliper is loose and bouncing up and down when you drive. When you brake the caliper holds on tight to the roter and doesn't clank except for that initial push of the pedal.

check the brake hose isn't banging against chassi. especially where it goes between body and chassi.

also on the end of the flexi brake line it clips into a standoff. just check the clip hasn't come off. i had that with mine (bloody mechanics), it rattles unless you put foot on brake which forces the tube hard against the bracket stopping the rattle.

hey guys, thanks for the suggestions. unfortunatley, all of that was already checked at the mechanics and they found nothing....i'm starting to believe it's NOT the brakes but its something else in the front end...and hitting the brakes (or simply the slowing of momentum) is causing something to clank. just to clear up, its avery metal-on-metal CLANK noise. i'll try to record it somehow if I can but idk how

this might sound stupid but it may be the brake pad shifting in the caliper when the brakes are applyed. so the brake pad is hitting the caliper sending a noise threw out the front end. i'd try a nissan hardware kit cause the originals probaly hit the garbage.

yeah..they did that already too...it's all OEM nissan stuff on there again...thats why I'm starting to wonder if this isn't the brakes, ya know? because it did it at the end of the ORIGINAL set of brakes from 01, then with the second pair which was aftermarket, then the third which was aftermarket, and now the fourth which is all OEM again

Check your crossmember bolts. I had to have them re-torqued at the dealer a week after I bought mine.

I would definately lift the fron end off the ground with a jack and start "man handling" the wheels and suspension to see if you can feel anything loose.
