I wrote this on the other site:
i did mine a few weeks ago. only really took an hour to do all the wires. i had a 15 min duh period trying to get the bolt out on the ps exhaust manifold. couldn't get a socket on it and a box wrench was just useless at first. go threw the ps wheel well and the bolt is smack right in front of your face and a box wrench works flawlessly. and you kinda need a regular old fashion negative battery terminal unless you want to tweak you stk one to make the eyelet fit.
it was a very easy install. only one bloody knuckle.
i rate this mod a 2 on a range of 1 to 10 ten being the hardest.
it only took 2 beers and i was done.
haven't noticed much of a difference except maybe windows went up a second faster and the start was a cycle or 2 quicker.
after a few weeks and 1500 miles i do have an improvement of gas mileage. 1.5 miles to the gal. so im up from 15.5 to 17. not to bad. and i still run my truck. it does start quicker and havent seen much other change.
