Governor SUCKS!!

So my governer cuts me off @ 100 mph.. (Yes I know this is way faster than any posted speed law) But I lost a race the other day because @ 100 he flew right by me! Is there a way to disable this? Yes I know I'm gonna catch he!! for this one....

I think there was a post back in the day in which states that Jet could do this for the first gens. You should probably try and search for it to see if it reveals any answers for you. Past that, I have no clue what you could do to eliminate the speed limiter.

considering it's in the ecu(I'm assuming) you will have to use some sort of chip to get around it like the one dubie mentioned

yeah mine cuts out at 95, good thing it did too cuzz I slowed down after it cut out and a cop went by and got me going 75 (but he reduced it to 59)

You gotta be careful when it cuts out as well, one time by rear got loose when I hit the wall.

Then I realized you're not referring to the same governor I'm thinking of.
