Hey Use TransTune by SEAFOAM put it in the tranny and run it areound for 10-15 min dump it and refill.. Also change the dang trans filter.. This stuff id basically Seafoam but stronger deturgent because the trans doesnt get as hot.. Deturgent is HEAT activated..

Oh; I just noticed too...
You shouldn't have a timing chain as you have the v6; I believe only the first gen 4-cyls had chains, the v6's have belts.
