Here is what they say on the Marvel Mystery Oil FAQ:
Can MMO be used with synthetic motor oils? Yes, MMO is compatible with synthetic, semi-synthetic blends and regular types of motor oils.

yea, ran great before, still runs great - and not yet convinced that a change has occured in MPG. This tank was more highway driving, the other was more city so both results are within the "normal range". But I will say it feels a lot more like when I run the high test then the regular, and I am running regular.

Tomorrow my truck goes in the shop for the FABTECH install, so this is the last tank that will be comparable. Will keep using product, at least until next oil change and will be interesting to see how the lift affects the MPG. So I guess my conclusion (for this limited test) is that the MMO may have helped a little, but certainly did not hurt any, and for $3.99 /quart it is a much cheaper option then the Ethos.
