Hey all i am currently ridin in the 98 fronty xe 4x4 and i am thinking of stepping up to a 01-04 model. Does anybody know if these 1st gen come available with a electric locking differential in the off road models. cant seem to find it anywhere. thanks

no factory lockers in a gen 1, there are LSD in the h223bs,

ok thanks thats what i thought but i seen a 2003 on autotrader and it said that it had one and the truck looked bone stock so idk if someones put it in or if it even has one at all, sometimes the salesman will tell you stuff to make you buy them. but we're smarter than that right?

Yeah.. we bought an FJ cruiser with the skidplate package and we get home and guess what... no skidplates. Good luck on finding a good new fronty.

Detroits require a 31 spline 2 spider the 33 4 spiders are not supported.

98s didnt come with the H233b anyway, they came with the c200 or in base base 2wds the bastard axle H190

however, some year 99s like mine came with 31 spline frontier width h233bs... again really really rare

What do lock-right's go for? and has anyone heard when its going to be ready?
