47K mi, what maintenance should I do?

My truck is running kinda rough, it's got 47k, about half highway and half city. I checked the filter and it's ok. I am thinking maybe fuel filter. I doubt it needs plugs/wires etc. I may just break down and take it to the dealership since it is a work truck and all.

if you have done your 30k then all you need is air filter, wiper blades. oil change, and rotate and balance.

at 49k u shouldnt be having problems... rotate and balance is a good idea, if u want a fuel system treatment, possibly new tires depending on what u have on there now...

I rotate and balance every 6k or sooner. And yes next oil change I am getting 265/70/15 Toyo Open Country AT, really excited cuz I hate the bfgs. I think I do need a fuel treatment. It just idles rougher than I think it should.

yea i work at Mossy Nissan in San Diego, and we use a indcution service which we use a vacuum hose off your intake to suck into you intake system, we also scrub your throttle body clean, its like 150 bones though, we also have a fuel system treatment and we disable you fuel pump and run your motor on this treatment ONLY.does a good job cleaning your injectors and fuel system, again, its like another $150 and is recommended every 2 yrs 24,000 miles..

when I worked at gateway tire in tyler we had a bg fuel treatment and it went in through the intake tube, some in the gas tank. It was basically straight methanol. I used it on my old 00 Mustang and it seemed to help out alot.
