275/65/18's

Would 275/65/18's fit on my stock 02 Crew Cab? Or will a lift be needed?

Yeah those are 32" tires. My guess is they'll rub, maybe not all the time, but when you turn and go over bumps and you'd definitely need to loose the front flaps. With 18" wheels I'd go a slightly lower profile unless you plan on getting a lift

Would a T-Bar crank and shackles be enough to not have to trim?

yeah, 18 with low profile is ok... as dcobb says.. if you plan to go with bigger rubber, get smaller rims like 15-16... or you might need a lift.

Hey dcobb, did you have to do any triming with your 6" lift? Did you get your wheels after your lift? And did you fabricate your own nerf bar extensions? Or are they aftermarket purchase?
