Wink 240sx parts swap?

woud a 240sx transmission bolt up to my truck? and if it did would it be better(for speed) than my standard manual? i also heard about doing a intake manifold swap i would like some info on this. what year 240 should i pull these from and are there any extras i would need to replace? some detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated!

i remeber after searching a while back that a 90's 300zx used the same tranny. as for a 240 i dont know.

but it mounts to the bell housing, and it might be a different size, just because it bolts up, doesnt mean its going to fit right under the truck.

You have a 4 cyl so yes the 240sx transmission would probably bolt up with some modification but i hear the starter mounts differently so you would need a 240sx starter too. I doubt the benefits would be worth it. You probably heard about the intake mani swap from me because i posted it on here so this is just regurgitating my old info. If someone would sell me their damn 240sx tb i would get this swap done and let the community know how it goes. You should need a 240sx manifold and sensors, tb and tps sensor, egr and tube, and a custom intake. You also need to lengthen the stock MAF wires.
