I've dealt with PRG with my Armonster suspension a few years ago with no problems, and again with the lift for my Frontier, Greg told me he was short a few brackets that would be in in a few days, a week later all my parts were sitting at the front door. I know he's a one man show, but he's always gotten back to me, usually within a day or 2.

2016 Pro-4x, Bilstein 5100s w, 1-1/2" blocks, PRG UCAs & 2" AAL, MB TKO w/285/70/17 Falken Wildpeaks, G2 Bakflip, color matched roof rack & grill, custom HIDprojectors, so far it's only a couple of months old

Coming if they ever have a set that'll work: tow mirrors
RIP 06 Armonster

Update. My shocks arrived today. So that's 1week and 2 days from order
This is only my 2nd order from Greg but I've had no problems either time.

I've been ordering from him for years, there's always a wait, I understand that. But this will be my last order with him. Waiting over 7 months, I could kinda deal with IF he would at least answer or return my calls and let me know why it's taking so freakin long!! I would just buy the rest of the order elseware, but I can't even cancel this order or get any sort of money refunded if I can't talk to him!!! GGRRRRRR!!!

I agree 7 mo is excessive but it wouldn't be as bad if you could talk it out. Here is the number I have for him. I saved it because I noticed it was different than the original one I had. (530) 268-2059 the other is 2009. It probably all goes to the same place but try it if it will help.

I've been checking out PRG lately and was thinking about placing an order. I'm not prepared to wait 7 months for parts though...

Thanks, I'll have to try that number and see if I have better luck.

LOL 7 months is bad as it is if you list parts on your webstore as 'in stock" and take orders for them even though you don't have the parts available. It becomes worse when you don't even inform your customer of any delays. Then even more worse when you rarely answer your phone and your already paid customers have to go excessively out of their way to try to contact you.

I have had no dealings with Greg, but he sounds quite a bit like this old guy I worked for years ago in a two man shop that became three with me. He was a genius, a great guy and turned out a top notch product. He also sold the materials to fabricate said item if you wanted to. he had tens of thousands of parts on hand that could be grabbed, boxed and shipped but, he spent all of his time talking to customers both on the phone and in person teaching them the how's and why's, LOVED to sit and tell drag racing and street racing stories from the late 50's to the early 70's and also spent lots of time fabricating. Order processing, parts pulling and boxing/shipping for some reason were always low on the list.

He was a very skilled person, but, the details of running a successful business were not always his strong point.

call & see if he has them in stock, don't trust the website. Most of the problems seem to come from him waiting on others, then other orders coming in....

Personally, I've ordered from Nisstech and I've had good experience. Even got a call from them about my shocks both to let me know it would be a few extra days and to see if I wanted the Bils or if I wanted to try something else, since it would be a slight wait...

Finally got a hold of him this morning. Hopefully I'll have the rest of the order in a few days.
