Like others have already said, Greg and Jen are absolutely great to work with. It never takes them more than a day to return my calls (even if that day is Wednesday - their "off" day). When I had a rear shock fail, Greg went above and beyond, IMO, what I expected to remedy the situation to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about them and think that many small businesses should follow in their footsteps when it comes to customer service.

I had a rear shock issue and Greg really helped me out big time. He went beyond what I expected on this. Others might sell similar products for less (although Greg's prices are hard to beat), but once the sale is done who will step up for you? That's why I stick with PRG, plus he's only like 20 minutes away.
