No word back on my order

I placed an order the week before last. I've emailed Greg several times, I've called and left a msg but I have never received a reply or a call back. Does anyone know if he's out of town or something? I'm getting nervous about it and may end up requesting a refund from paypal if I don't hear something soon.

Looks like I'm not the only one here. I hope he calls me back this week or else I will probably just go else where. I don't mind waiting for stuff but I do expect some sort of confirmation that the order was received and it being worked on when I spend close to 2 grand some where.

What did you order? I spoke with him the other day as I'm waiting for UCAs, shocks, & AAls. He had just gotten the pins in and was a day or so behind in getting the orders out. PRG is well worth the wait!

I never receive confirmation from them. Just from paypal. But everything always comes.

Try calling Greg at different times throughout the day. If you ordered coilovers like I did, I ended up calling radflo directly to find out what the progress on my coilovers was. Greg eventually responded to the voicemail I left him, but it took some and I've had to talk to him a lot to get all my parts sorted out. Recently Greg has been terrible and hasn't sent me tracking numbers for anything despite saying he would. I ordered my radflos January 20th and they just shipped Friday so it takes some patience to deal with PRG.

I received my package about a week ago from him. Took about a week longer than anticipated. Last time I talked, he was a little behind due to demand he has been getting. Also some parts from other companies were stocked out. I would also recommend calling him at different times of the day. I had to call a couple times in the day to get a hold of him and usually he has a customer at the counter as we talked. The parts I got were worth the wait, I wasn't in a rush either.

I'd never order anything from him based on his reputation. Nice guy or not, he needs to hire more help. If he can't answer the phone and respond to emails within 24 hours, that's crappy customer service IMO.

I ordered the Frontier Advanced Coil Over Kit with radflos and PRG UCAs.

I feel better knowing that this is not out of the ordinary and seems to always come through. I guess I will sit tight and see what happens.

I've called at all times of the day from about 8am to 4pm. I'll assume he's just slammed for now and wait to hear back. These doesn't really seem to be anything comparable out there.

I agree that is really crappy service. At least reply to emails or return calls. I'll give him some time to sort things out though. Had I known this was an issue I probably would have gone a different direction.

When i ordered my stuff i called before hand and emailed him to make sure everything was in stock. it took him a day to get back to me but my order was shipped the next day i placed it and it arrived in less than a week.

Some say he is a one man team, i have called before and spoke to others but i don't know. Give it a day or 2 and if you feel like you need to get a refund do so.

I wanted to give an update. I finally got a hold of Greg this morning.
He said he was sick last week and that the kit is ready to ship out but they were waiting on the spring rate confirmation from him. He said it should all ship out tomorrow minus the UCA which are a few days behind.

So everything is looking good now. I'll post back with any further updates so that other can be aware. I'm really looking forward to getting this installed.
