it all depends actuallt. According to our registration people we have to measure from the ground to the eyebrow of the guard , that gives the total amount of vecile lift. Most people measure from center of front hub to eyebrow of the guard , that gives the amount of suspension lift without tire lift .
Our registration rules are way stricter than yours so it would appear
