Tell us what you think of the ride. The steel bull bar and diesel motor weigh the the front of yours down more than mine. Which is good I think mine is still too hard. The rear sounds about the same. Make sure the abs cables are long enough too.
At least it will feel like a real 4x4 now, and you'll have to slow down for the speed bumps mate.
Are you having any time off over chrissy? Be able to test it out on a few trax and post some pics?

Guys, can you measure your ride heighs

measure from the centre of the wheel's to the botton of the wheel arch
I've got the numbers at work for the Diesel with no bar, and with factory allow bar. It was something like 540 and 530mm

BTW isn't that factory alloy bull bar the worst looking thing you've ever seen.

You should be able to use the measurements I posted. These are from the ground to the bottom of the wheel arch.

Nav.au - I'm now off work for about a month, so unless there are fires I should be able to get out and about.

Cheers - enjoy your Christmas

Mines about 560mm on the front with no bull bar and a V6. I have a alloy tray on the back.

Shhhhhh!!! Aussie Frontier has one of those factory bull bars for his when he gets it.

I have taken some measurements off my Navara after the suspension went on, they are FRONT> from ground to bottom of wheel arch 945mm, from centre of wheel to arch is 560mm, REAR> from ground to bottom of wheel arch 990mm, from centre of wheel to arch is 605mm. I am also carrying about 260kg in the back when I had taken these measurements. Will post photos soon!

Just got home from the annual in-laws visit. Ended up doing a few thousand k's. New suspension is much more supple and reacts better on the road. Has certainly improved the ride with no real change in handling. Have to say that I am happy with it.

One area where the standard suspension fell down was on undulations. The rebound in the shocks did not seem to work quick enough and vehicle became unsettled, this also seems improved. It is certainly no Range Rover (or even an old Discovery) but much better.

when i get a chance I'll redo the measurements now that the springs have settled in a bit.

the best way to measure is from centre of hub to gaurd or bottom of rim to rim ,different tyres/pressures give different readings and more reliable to check sag over time. so who thinks they have the best set up,i will be changing mine soon, not sure which way to go yet. its 2.5 steel factory bar, winch reciever ,factory canopy and tow

D40 06 model here. Tough Dog HD all round. Adjustables in front and foam cell in rear. Rides really well, just cant soften the front too much as causes bounce on road, but good offroad. Just ordered Calmini Lift kit another 3" all round- so roughly 4" in total with TD kit. Let you know how it goes. Also got ARB bar work(front/back/roof), canopy, dual batt, drawers, DP Chip, overhead console, Braided Brake lines, snorkel, Lightforce and Mickey T ATZ.
