Navara Rims

I've done a photo chop of this Navara. I've put Nissan Titan SE 18" rims with smoke finish.

What do you guys reckon?

Looks good. I thought about the chrome, but the bolt patterns are different for the Gen 2 trucks.

Wouldn't they rub on the guards?...the standard 16" rims and tyres look pretty tight now on the D22's.........I would think you will have to lift it a few inches to fit them in.

My 1st gen has a 31.7" tire on the stock S/C 17's... So having a 18" rim isn't the problem, its the tire size... With the tires i have, there is room for another 1" with mud flaps on, and tires at the closest spot to mud flaps...

Here is the pickup without the changes...

This isn't my pickup by the way, but one I am planning to get, a D22 in Onyx Black!! Only available to special order here in New Zealand, so are also very rare.

So is the D22 and D40 bolt patterns different? Does the Gen1 Titan have the same size pattern of any Navara? Other, and probably cheaper option, is to get after market rims but I do like to keep factory look. I also don't want anything too flash or big for offroading reasons...

When will I pick up my beaut Ute navara-au, well as I said above, having to order black, 2 come in to the local dealer in Jan 07 (as you're probably aware, Nissan still manufacture the D22), they offered me to take one for a drive then. But the other problem is insurance...If I wait a little while longer when Im 21 (20 now), it will be significantly cheaper. Hard call...

stud patern sizes
D40 6x4.5" = 6x 114.3mm
D22 6x 5.5" =6x 139.7mm

The good news is there are plenty of option for wheels for the D22 not sure what the titan has but someone will.

Hey Smurf Fan
in actual fact you can choose from wheels that fit Hilux Early Pathfinders or for that matter most 4x4 wheels are actually 6 on 5x5 and should fit .The wheels I currently run on my 4Runner came from a landcruiser and fit no worries.
