Unhappy crocodile hunter

Hi all I woke up this morning and was watching the news on CNN it was with great sadness to discover that Steve Irwin has died, apparently while filming a documentary he was stung by a stingray. Rest in peace Steve.

thats what you get for F***ing with animals, sorry if its harsh but thats the sad truth, and another thing, why is it that us white people will go ALL over the world to mess with dangerous animals, but we wont go to Oakland, cause we might get shot????

Oh man that sucks!!
I liked steve, he may of come across as an idiot sometimes, but he did alot for animals here.
His zoo is only 50 miles from where i live.
I'm sure he will be sadly missed, they're few characters like him these days.
He has a wife and two little kids.
At least he died doing what he loves.

Red, that's cold. Steve was a man who was able to turn his love of nature and animals into a career for the better of both. His unique personality made him a household name, but it was his work that made him memorable. The man's work has saved hundreds if not thousands of lives by gathering research and venom from some of the deadliest species in the world.

His show was one that my kids and I enjoyed very much together. We loved it, and have some of his DVDs. He was so passionate about what he did, so much so that he never seemed fake about it even though he was so over the top energetic.

My sympathies to his family and loved ones.

the Crock hunter will be missed; despite what others may have felt as being crazy on his show --- he was a great conservationist/entertainer.
he lived and died doing what he loved.
RIP Mr. Irwin.

Yes he did mess with deadly animals, but that doesn't mean he deserved to die. He was very entertaining, and will be missed.
