thats for the factory steel bar and is plus fitting - but I have a 1000sq'm workshop so that won't be a problem

Kick trims - the stainless steel plates that go over the plastic ones you step on getting in and out across the door sill (also known as sill plates)

as for the driving lights - no idea - but the bloke reckons everything comes with instructions *shrug*

and oh yes - the steel bar does require you to chop up the factory front bumper

(i'll be modifying the steel bar anyway - instead of mounting a winch i'm adding a hitch reciever - three fold purpose - I'm a caravan repairer so being able to hook vans onto the front to move them into a tight spot is fantastic - it doubles as a recovery point - and I prefer winchs mounted onto a hitch as it can be used front or rear)

its alot of fun to fit.... half way through it

the factory driving light harness/switch/relays/brackets etc you should pick up for around $100-120 - actually worth every cent again - no yanking cables through etc and looks nice and neat

might have to look into that. Is the switch running 12 volt or low voltage?

I would be intrested in seeing some pics of the kick trims if you can, I have already cracked the plastic on the passenger side just from climbing in and standing on them to wash the roof. Also how much?

lol - fitted it all on saturday - took about 6 hours - biggest pain in the *** was removing the auto tranny cooler to drill the two 13.5mm inbound holes on the drivers side chassis rail

that and getting it square - I'm out 1.5mm on the rear most edges of the wings - pretty good - better than the 'factory fitted' examples I've looked at

was actually alot of fun - including the part where you chop through the bumper & bumper supports with a jigsaw

I'll try and get the pics up this week

should have enough $$ put away by the end of the week for the new toys - a GME TX3400 (If I don't find something I like better), 2x narva driving lights and 2x narva hid spotties (although I'm liking the IPF HID waterproof spotties too)

the kick trims were $140 I think - I'm pull the reciept when I'm at work tomorrow

I've cut up some cardboard as templates so I can fold up some thin plate at work when I get the chance to fill in behind the wings of the bull bar - don't like the big cavity directly under the headlights

...and I've ordered a tjm front underbody gaurd for it already as my factory one is completly destroyed from a run up noosa north beach cutting over to rainbow beach - resulted in a dint in the auto tranny cooler which pushed the radiator up into the engine cover - no damage, just scratched alot of shiny plastic!)

also started fabricating my front tradesman rack and front bull bar mounted hitch reciever

keeping me bloody busy!

Funny that on my first trip to fraser I completly lost my bash plate, wich caused my radiator to be pused up into the bonnet breaking the rubbers on the top tabs of the radiator and dinting the under side of the bonnet (Oh yeah and trashed both the side steps.) I made a bash plate from Alloy chequer plate came up pretty good to.

Where abouts is you repairs bussiness. I have just sold a caravan sales and repair bussiness in geelong vic, just before moving to QLD.
