hi peter
Ive been to ARB regularly since i got my truck in march trying to get decent suspension.I had to get rear springs specially made because the factory springs were way too soft to carry any weight, but unfortunatly the new ones are too hard and the shockies are ****.
ARB in brisbane hope to have old man emu very soon. The manager there has a v6 D40 navara so theyre trying to develop something to suit the truck.
Diff lockers are available to.
As soon as they have them i will let you know or you could email ARB from there au site.
Hey send some pics of africa
regards paul

I am waiting on a full lift kit in a brand I recognise to be availiable in Australia.

There is a american parts importer in Perth that can get the lift kits for the Frontier's and Titans, but I would still rather wait a bit longer just to be sure.

Ordering my long range fuel tank tomorrow but, 160 liters.
Opposite lock has them, Arb has one but it's only 140l and $50 dearer so my wallet chose for me.

Should return a nice long drive between refils.

hey guys,

thought I'd say hi

So far I've got about 3000 km up on mine (2000 km in the last 10 days!)... and I'm loving it..

The diesel is great.. lots of punch.. only need 3 of the 6 gears really around town..

went and did a little bit of dirt road stuff the other weekend to help out a mate and it was quite the good thing with 3 or us jumping in and out for an hour or so.

Tows pretty well too.. took the rally car across canberra last friday and 90 km/hr in 6th with perhaps 10% throttle was a breeze.. looking forward to checking the consumption with the car on the back at freeway speeds- should be a big improvement on the crumbledoor ute I used to use..

Rowds

tank cost is $1140.00, might vary from shop to shop
Fitting needs the drive shaft removed, center exaughts system removed and brake lines removed, then you have to put it all back in afterwards.
Op/lock quoted $400 to fit it all themselves so that an easier option for me.

I beg to differ, I enjoy the rugy and watch the delayed tellycast. Good game too, Qld desearved to win it.

Op/lock do a sub tank as well, 60l and it fits into the spare wheel well, then your spare wheel fits back in under the tank. Was about $500 I think.
