sixspeed, that works for me, I know the place well. Let me know what area of the lot your going to be in and around what time and we'll see you there.

Removed the rear sway bar, ran a rear dif breather through the frame to the front of the truck and rewired my cb. All I have left is to figure out how and where to mount the antenna and finnish the bumper/winch.

meal item for saturday - beef stew

meal item for Saturday - We will provide beef stew from 4 qt dutch oven. the cows name was "dinner" - locally slaughtered in Santa Rosa. Pink Slime free, free range, and grass fed, USDA inspected, and quite delicious. The last of the 1/4 cow in the freezer.

im sure they will just be good old brownies since its been a while since she used a dutch oven. If she ferls up to it, they may be cookie brownies.

Jen I had to keep up with the Jones (namely you) & upgrade my Cb Antenna as well

I just bought a better Mag mount type antenna (Little Wilson)
It booms like you said, world of diffrence..

Never know when were going to have to call for HELP & need to be heard....

i dont have a SWR meter, seems to work well out of the box or plastic.
The CB shop said I should be ok, If u have a meter please bring it with..

I will arrive about same time Brian Is (10-11ish), I need to practice The top of Chapperell Run (Brian said he would help with some tips getting
my axx over the hump at the end...

I am so excited with only 11 days to go

You always want to check the SWR on a new antenna. I've had two different mag mount antennas, and neither of them had a good SWR out of the box. If the SWR is too high, it could damage your radio. I'll bring my meter next weekend so we can check it.
