It looks like the TX4WD guys are planning on meeting there @ ~8:30 Sat morning. Here's the link there:

TX4WD Organization :: View topic - Boulder Creek July 18-20th

Will post more as it gets closer and I know the details.

OK guys, well for you locals anyways, we are meeting here in SA at the BWW (Buffalo Wild Wings) parking lot at their location at 281 & 1604 intersection at 0800. From there, have a quick meet and greet and then try to hit the road by 0830. This should put us up at Boulder Creek by 1030 at the latest. We will hook up w/ the TX4WD guys on the trail.

Myself and another FJ guy are bringing our propane camping grills and plan on cooking out lunch there, wheel all day, grab some food and drinks in town afterwards. Personally, I will be getting a hotel room for the night but I know a few of the guys are camping out. Then we'll do what didn't get to on Sunday before hitting the road home. Oh, and I believe the two-day pass is $40 for Boulder Creek.

What trails are planning to run? Lvl 2 and 3?
I might try to make it for the 19th. Depends on the times and other variables (read:kids).
Discount park fees for the group?

I've never been so as far as the trails go we will be doing any and all that the group can/wants to do. I think they have plenty of level 2 and 3 types. And a discount... I'm not sure, maybe we can see once we get there but I doubt it. I talked to them and told them we have a fairly big group coming and they didn't throw out any offers to me.

OK guys, getting close!

- From SA Offroad I have one Rodeo, she (I believe it's a she, Kelly) is coordinating things w/ the SA Land Cruiser Club so I'm not sure how many exactly of them will be joining us.
- I am bringing an Army buddy of mine in his FJ and we are meeting up w/ 2-3 other FJ guys Sat morning here in SA.
- There's BigDaddyChia and Xtexas05 joining us as far as other Xterras go.
- Fishy_Frontier seems to be the only for sure Fronty coming, although I have posted this on Club Frontier and Frontier Board and have gotten a few maybes... so we'll see.

I suspect this to be a pretty good size and diverse group as far as rigs go. The group from TX4WD will be already there by the time we arrive, I think they are hitting the trails around 0830. I have all of your numbers, I think, and you should have mine from that PM. I will be getting a CB either today or tomorrow and will be sure we all sync our freq's. IT IS GOING TO BE HOT!!! Be sure to bring plenty of water, Gatorade, etc. for the day as there is NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED on the trails. Some of us, including myself, are staying at the Quality Inn just down the road from BC. I will be bringing my propane camping stove to grill out on during the day as I 'm sure after the runs we will hit the town to eat and drink. Sorry for the book response, just making sure we'll all set!

I'm back... wow! Got in a few hours ago, just enough time to shower, eat, and catch The Dark Knight in IMAX (AMAZING! Catch it if you can). Will post all the pics and video tomorrow, at least what I have. There will be TONS of pics and videos from others, pretty much everyone had their cameras rolling.
