Where is the cheapest place to get oil changed in DC

I live in Alexandria, VA and I have no where to change oil on my own unless I want to hear the apt. complex managers ***** at me for not following the lease agreements. Does anyone know of a place that does it for under $25 bucks? Most are somewhere near 35 and that is rediculous and so is 25 but i can sleep a little easier with that price.

Your profile says that you're military. Don't they have a auto hobby shop at Fort Meyer? I use to change my oil there in the 80's.

Auto craft shop.
