oh yea, I've got a chain saw

I will be bringing a cooler of drinks and food too. I also have a camping table and a 2 burner stove. But I think I left some of my cooking stuff up in the mountains. The stove is good for coffee, cocoa, or any canned goods, if anyone plans to bring anything like that.

Well we might just have an over-load of food and drinks but that's a good thing. I've bought hotdogs and Bubba burgers with the bread to go with both, pepsi, dr.pepper, Miller, and some Jack Daniels. Anyone know of some good cheap cigars? I've tried expensive one's before and was more disappointed with them. I've had more good cheap one's than expensive one's but I can never remember which cheap ones are good.

Okay, well bubba burgers was exactly what I had in mind, so I can grab something else. I did find my coffee pot, and some of the gear. Truck is loaded and ready to go.

Yeah it looks like I am now leaving after work and will be camping Friday night also.

Anyone know what the weather will be like? I have a canopy if it's going to rain.

Harrisonburg Weekend Weather Forecast - weather.com

There is a nice high pressure zone over the area so Friday and Saturday look nice, but maybe some storms on Sunday. The canopy could be useful so I would bring it. I think I will leave tomorrow afternoon, get as close as I can or until I get tired and stop at a hotel. That will make the drive on Saturday morning less painful. Mike if I get into Harrison burg and its not too late, I'll call you so you can direct me to your camp site.

The weather looks great for Friday and Saturday highs in the lower 90's no rain, and Sunday is the same but with a 30% chance of isolated storms later in the day.

Also just so everyone know's the cellphones dont work back by the trails or camping,

Hey Mike which lake was it that you wanted to camp by ?

ok I thought you meant that one.

When that dirt road right off 33 comes to the first intersection we went right last time well if you go left that road leads you around the other side of the lake then dead ends. Might be a few good spots back there also.
