Colorado Meet (BTW CO. is not midwest)

Anyone up for a meet up in the high country? I am going to get my new tires put on and am thinking of doing some trails up maybe near summit county. Any takers?

I've also thought of an over night near Crested Butte to maybe to Crystal mill and up to Devils Punch Bowl.

Just ordered my SLR steering on Friday. Whenever I get it, and whenever I'm done putting it in, I'm down. But I'm sure this trip will be long over by then.

You know, my bad, but I'm realizing now where you live and where you wanna go, and it would be about a 4 hour drive for me, to either Punch Bowl or Crested Butte. I don't mean to be a party pooper, but with the kind of gas mileage I get and the fact that this is my DD, a 4 hour drive to get to a trail isn't really do-able right now. Maybe we can do a trail somewhere in between both of us? There's a bunch I still have yet to do that'd be right around where I'm talking about. I'll ask around for the best one possible mid-way between Co. Springs and Boulder and see if you're interested. I also have another Frontier buddy (he's not on this site) that loves to go wheeling every chance he gets, so I'm sure we wouldn't be the only 2.

Yeah crested butte is a ways away for me too. But summit county is only an hour. There are some great trails there. I was just over in the Boulder, Estes Park area the other day.

Going to the high country (summit county, i.e. Breckenridge) to try out my new tires. Anyone in COlorado that wants to go on saturday meet at Tiger Road in Breckenridge. I'm hoping to be there around 9:30 or so. PM me for any directions that are needed.

Yo! Got my steering installed so I'm set to go wheelin. I still don't wanna travel too far since gas is tight but COFronty let me know if you wanna go and we'll figure something out.

I'd be down for hitting up some trails, depending on the difficulty. I just got my Frontier this month, so I haven't put the planned off-road mods on it yet. Any idea on trails, so as I could try to do some research?
