Awesome first truck buying experience. The sales team was straight forward in asking what I wanted and getting just that, they even took me to other dealers to test drive the competition trucks and not only pointed out the cons of the other trucks but the pros (limited as they were) as well.

When I finally picked my truck and color they didn't have any in stock in the area and told me I had three options, wait a week to have it shipped in, have the saleman go pick it up, or have the salesman drive me the 150 miles to go pick it up. I wanted to get behind the wheel ASAP so the guy drove me the 150 miles to pick it up and told me to stop back at the dealership that afternoon for a free tank of gas since I had to drive it in so far. Considering the gas price that was a nice $80 bonus as I drove my truck right down to the fuel light comming on that afternoon.

I haven't been in for service/repairs/upgrades yet but from what I have heard of others who go to the dealer there for their work the service department is top notch. Might be a bit more then you need and a bit more cash then the minimum service, but seeing what you get each service period it looks to be a lot of bang for your buck.

The sales team was also great about follow ups calling me the first few days after to macke sure everything was going good and I got about 4 different peoples cell numbers to call with "any questions at all".
