Team Nissan- Manchester,NH

I had a bad expierience when I first went in with the floor manager offering me dirt for my trade-in. KBB trade in for good condition was about 3k and they offered me $500.

But after I walked out on them I had a good expierience after that. I got a decent deal on my truck. And the day after I picked it up I noticed a "6 crease dent behind my driver door. They took care of it without a question.

Personally, I would only deal with Team Nissan at gun point. Their service people are just plain thieves. I had an XTERRA that I bought there and always had problems with the service dept trying to bill me for warranty service. In addition, one time I asked my son to take the car in for an oil change. He was about 17 at the time. While the car was on the lift, the service rep came running into the waiting area and told him that the brakes were so worn that the car was dangerous and should not come down off the lift. He then told my son it would be about 350 to fix the brakes. My son told the guy that it was not his car and he would have to call his father. After my son called me I asked to speak with the service writer and he did not want to talk to me so I told my son just to drive it home. The car only had about 35k miles at that time as well. I visually checked the pads at home and saw that they were only about 50% worn. When I went back to Team Nissan to talk to the service guy he first denied that he tried to get my son to authorize the brake job and then when I pressed the point he told me "to go f--- myself" as he was there to "make money for the dealership" and that I did not "understand" how a car dealership worked. When I complained to the gen manager about the problem he said that he would "look into it". I guess he is with OJ looking for the real killers instead.

Finally, to make a long story longer, the car went almost 75k with the original brakes which I had fixed at Midas
