Southern States Nissan Apex,NC

I have a 2005 Fronty that has the rattle behind the dash like some of our other brothers/sisters on this forum. The first time I brought it in and they had it fixed for approximately 30 days. Now the rattle happens when the rpms are up around 3500 to 4000(usually when shifting). I brought it in the second time and they stated "we couldn't find it". I got the vehicle back and immediately made another appointment to have this noise taken care of. When I went in this time I met with the manager who instructed a mechanic to ride with me so I could point it out and when we returned the manager asked if there was a noise and the mechanic stated "yes". The manager stated it is not a waranty issue because it is not a part that is broken but a part that is loose. I asked him why did he fix it the first time and he stated to be courteous but if I wanted it to be fixed now I will have to pay money when I still have a 1000 miles left on my waranty. I'm not bashing, just stating my expierence with this particular dealership.......you guys decide.
