Pinebelt Nissan NJ, Beware!

Pinebelt Nissan in Keyport NJ. I had my truck in there for warranty work and they wanted $1K for a warrantable repair! This is the dealership that I bought my truck from and they were still trying to screw me. The tech had the balls to report that my "tires were worn which shows signs of abusive driving" thus they wanted me to pay for repairs on my truck with 14k miles.

I took it to Red Bank Nissan and they fixed it no problem no questions.

On top of this, when I took my truck away from Pinebelt it smelt like smoked clutch. Their techs are hacks and beat my vehicle. I've already logged my complaints with Nissan North America and the BBB. Beware of these people, they are a money dealership, anything to screw you!

All the NJ dealerships were horrible. When i was getting my truck we called every dealer in NJ looking for a KC with the gray interior. All the ones that said they had it lied to get us in there to try to sell us a cc or a different color kc. They didnt care what we wanted they just wanted us there to possibly buy what they had

I'm not so sure about the sales at Red Bank but if they are anything like there service department I couldn't see them doing that to you. They saved my faith in Nissan and prevented me from selling my truck after dealing with Pinebelt. Sorry to hear about your past experience!

Almost bought my truck from Red Bank but I picked it up at Staten Island Nissan bc I got a good deal there. But they F**ked me on my plates which pissed me off to no end.

I will keep in mind about Pine Belt Nissan since it is not very far from me. So I will either take it to Red Bank or Freehold Nissan for service. Thanks for the heads up

Red Bank contacts 732-741-2433

Kevin McMahon - Service advisor. This guy saved my day.
Rich Reinhart - Service Foreman. This guy has forgotten more about cars that most of us will ever know.

Explain what you have going on to Kevin and if need be, ask if Rich can take a look at it when you show up. They should treat you right and be able to fix it the first time.
