I can't begin to describe my experience at Ken Garff. It's so bad that I drove from Hill AFB to Murray just to buy the truck. If anyone wants to read the whole story, let me know and I'll post it.

I go to Tim Dahle in Sandy now because I can't stand Ken Garff nissan in Salt Lake

I took my truck in a few months ago for a sound from the rear diff. and they also left grease marks on the steering wheel and floor mats, i also found that when I confronted them about it they denied it and said it must have been another service department and then I ran my finger through the grease and said your telling me that this isn't fresh grease? And all they said was sorry I must have been mistaken. I basically told them to kiss it and took my business elsewhere, luckily I used to be a detailer and knew how to get all of the stains out of everything. Irritating (maybe its company policy to leave a mark, adds character just kidding)

just a sign of the times, i had the same kinds of problems for my wife's car. took it in for electrical problems (vehicle only had 5,000 miles) and got it back not fixed and with many dash panels scratched and chipped. took forever to get them to replace the panels. electrical problem still didn't get fixed by them with another two visits. one visit to another dealership on the other side of town and i haven't had a problem since. some people take pride in doing a job to standard, some people just couldn't care less.

I can't remember the name of the Chevy dealership I went to (I think it was off HWY 89) but they were much better to me. I had a window regulator break on my Pontiac and they were awesome. Charged me about $100 less than what they origionally told me and about $500 less than what Ken Garff said. I can't believe KG is still in business.
