Family Nissan Rancho Santa Margurita Southern California USA

Well I had a quirk with my automatic transmission in my 06 CC Frontier and brought it in the Family Nissan so far they have been very accomodating and friendly. My car is currently in there getting looked at for a warrenty repair, i will edit and update this post with my opinion about how well this dealership is taking care of my problem... but so far so good!

EDIT: Well went back the other day and they found out the problem with my trans ended up being a valve anyways they ordered the part and they also replaced my fuel sending unit since i said my gauge was all over the place a couple of weeks ago... no questions asked i was suprised since i was expecting well bring the truck back in when the gas gauge is all over the place... so over all very happy with Family Nissan Service Dept. if anything goes sour i will update

EDIT #2: Well I called them to see and estimated time that the valve would be installed happens that is was out on the test drive with it already installed so i said ok call me back with the news... i got the call back and they said same problem the valve didn't fix it... so now they ordered me a brandnew 0 miles transmission and with the holidays and all it is going to be til the 28th til its done...i will update when i get my truck back let you know if anyone scratched my truck or anything as it sat in the service dept. hopefuly i will have nothing but good things to say

EDIT #3: Got my truck back today feels great to have back in the driveway! the problem with the transmission is resolved it shift so smoothly and nice Family Nissan took great care of me with my warrenty no questions of hassles just took it in and started the appropriate work, a big koodos and thanks to service director over there from all the horror stories i heard about the old service program there i was sceptical but optimistic overall great experience and i would recomend that you take your nissan there for service anytime

Glad to hear that they are being of help to you. If you have any questions be sure to talk to Ben. He is a service mechanic there and a really nice guy. His name on CF is TazsTitan.

The first time I took in my truck there for an engine rattle they didn't do ****, and I even printed the TSB for them. This was when they had the old service manager who now works for Capistrano Nissan (Gary ...). Anyhow, I took my truck to Capo Nissan for the next 9k miles for service and everything was done right. But ever since the old Family Nissan service manager started working there, the service also went to crap. I now take my whip to OC Nissan.

If you need new OEM parts, Ben at Family Nissan or Joey (his picture is in the Nissan warranty book!) at OC Nissan are the guys to talk to get great prices.

Capo nissan is where I got my truck. That is my LEAST favorite dealership on this planet. The people who manage that place are scum.
