Courtesy Nissan

Just a heads up. They won't take returns that are their fault. I ordered a front brake hardware kit that they had the wrong listing on and they won't even take it back.

Followup, Steve, the parts manager called me back and offered to send me a refund check. He was very nice and changed my mind about how I feel about doing business with Courtesy Nissan.

They will do what it takes to make the customer happy and I'll gladly do business with them again.

I would try making more phone calls, work your way up the ladder. that sounds like VERY bad customer service....maybe some of us here should call them and ask what there return policy is when sent the wrong parts....i guess i lucked out..i bought my ecentric cam bolts from them, before i found out we have west coast Justin here.

I've purchased several things from them with no issues.
Maybe I've just been lucky?

yea, I've always had good luck with them too. But I've never had to return anything.

I don't normally buy from them. I use their website to research parts. I buy from my local dealer.

I buy from my local dealer because I normally get a 20% discount. Even with sales tax I would come out cheaper than ordering from Courtesy since the shipping would wipe out any savings.
