Autoway Nissan Of Brandon Sucks It!!!

Ive had my frontier for a year now. I love it... The selling experience was a bit rough, but I got through it..

The truck has developed issues, aka misaligned bumper, valve noise, and a bad tire.

Took her in monday, at least hoping to get the damn bumper fixed. I took the appropriate TSB in that I found for the camshaft noise. They insisted on keeping it overnight. Gave me a rental, and sent me on my way.
I ended up sitting at the rental place for 3 hrs waiting on a rental..
Got some crappy Dodge caliber that couldnt get out of its own way.
Got it home, and waited on a call. Now, 7hrs have gone by. NO CALL.

So, I called them. They informed me that the tire had to be taken to another seller for replacement. Said that I had to take the truck to a "Body Shop" to get the bumper fixed. WTF???? WARRANTY???

And after keeping her for the night, they said that they started her up and didnt hear the noise I was complaining about. I tried to tell them that one of the fixes that I found was to reprogram the ECM to have a more gentle start. They aggreed to check it out, and give me a call in an hour or so.

4 Hours go by, NO CALL.

My head is just about to spin around.... I call. The "Service Advisor" is on his break... Ask to speak to the Manager, and hes nowhere to be found either. I decide at this point to retrieve my truck. Informed the secretary that im on my way back. I arrive, and neither the Manager, or the advisor, are anywhere to be seen...Meanwhile the service department is deserted.

I get in my truck and drive home. Dissappointed!!!

Then, to top the cake today, I check my balance in the ol' checking account, and find that Enterprise Rent a Car, has charged me for the rental...Can we say RIP OFF???
WTF???
Im ready to take the truck, and park it in the showroom through the window...

STAY AWAY FROM ANY CENTRAL FLORIDA NISSAN DEALER!!! They dont mind taking your money, and giving you the truck, but they dont want to stand behind anything!!!

BEWARE!!!
