ShrockWorks Group Buy

Stormfront has been in contact with ShrockWorks and asked me to post the following:

The group buy for Shrockworks is for the following items and for C.F. members to qualify for a 10% discount, there needs to be at least 10 sales directly through Shrockworks in any of these following combinations:

- 10 front bumpers
- 5 bumpers, 5 sliders, and 5 sets of skids
- 5 bumpers & 10 sliders
- 5 bumpers & 10 sets of skids
- 20 sliders
- 10 sliders, 10 sets of skids

Since Jim at Shrockworks is offering most of his Nissan products for this GB, it's easier to just provide a link to his website for pricing:

http://www.shrockworks.com/nisbars.htm

If anyone has any questions concerning the details of this GB, please PM Stormfront for further details.

Do we wait to do all the ordering at once?

It would just be nice to know how we are going to keep track of who orders what. I will be ordering a bumper within the next week or so. I'm assuming there are going to be at least 2 more orders for the bumper.

Thanks for getting this set up.

I'm a nubie when it comes to this GB thing, so I suppose we will all wait until we get enough buyers posted with plans to buy on this thread. Then I'm guessing us buyers will each call in their own orders mentioning the Club Frontier group buy discount.

I plan on purchasing one winch bumper. How every buyer keeps a running count after they post?

2 bumpers so far.

I've posted in another forum about the group buy. I've asked if they do buy one to post here and lets us know, so we can keep a total. I think at least one person from there is planning on getting one.

You can count me in for:

1 winch bumper,w/o light guards,w/o center hoop,dk. grey powdercoat
1 set sliders, dk. grey powdercoat
1 transmission skid
1 gas tank skid

That should = 2 more orders, correct?

Question:Will the bumpers come w/ the factory foglight mounts? If not, I'd like that too.

maybe i'm missing something -- how much is an entire set of skids, and which skids do you get? i'd be interested in that.

Not exactly sure about skid pricing, he hasn't updated his website. He is good about answering email though.

info@shrockworks.com

By the way, the pricing on the front bumper is:

$789 Black powdercoat
$799 Grey powdercoat
$689 Bare steel

Pricing on the sliders:

$419 Black powderoat
$429 Grey powdercoat
$359 Bare steel

So if we can get enough orders you can all figure 10% off of these prices.

Thanks tserold, for finding that thread. I forgot all about it.

Kind of a dumb question, but what's a better first step on an SE without any underbody protection? Skids or sliders?

that is a good qustion! since you have no skid on a SE, that should be your frist step.
